This wedding cake was a carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese icing. The bride chose the topper and let me decide the design for the three tiers of the cake underneath it!

I think this topper is so gorgeous! The bottom tier was skirted with fondant and dusted with pearl lustre dust. The middle and top tiers are decorated with pearl dusted fondant embroidery. Carrot cake doesn't stack the best and even with supports in each tier, it started to lean towards the back.

I hope the bride is happy with my choice of designs and that it is a beautiful wedding for the happy couple!
