Gourmet Flavors
Here are some examples of my best flavor pairings to date. Please note that these flavors are more expensive than
the standard flavors due to the cost of the ingredients. Custom flavors can be based on a favorite chocolate bar, fruit, candy, drink, liqueur, etc if the request is made well in advance of your event.

**Pumpkin Caramel - Pumpkin cake filled with cream cheese filling and iced in caramel cream cheese buttercream.
Mango Raspberry - Mango sponge cake filled with raspberry cream cheese filling and whole raspberries iced in raspberry buttercream.
Almond Amaretto Praline - Almond cake layers soaked in an amaretto moistening syrup filled
with almond praline crunch and iced in an amaretto buttercream.
**Carrot Cake - Layers of moist carrot cake slathered in cream cheese icing... Simple but delicious!
Ferrero Rocher - chocolate hazelnut cake filled with gooey chocolate hazelnut filling and topped with chocolate hazelnut ganache and toasted crushed hazelnuts.
**Tiramisu - Vanilla bean sponge cake soaked in a Kahlua-espresso soaking syrup topped with a mascarpone cream frosting and dusted with cocoa.
