This cake is layers of sour cream chocolate cake filled with chopped fresh strawberries and strawberry-vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream.
The cake was finished with a fondant tablecloth, cupcake and honey pot and a few fondant flowers.
These are pistachio hot fudge marble cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
The cake is normally light green and brown marble. I tinted the green a little bit darker and tinted a small amount of batter black to give a camo effect when it was marbled. I'm really pleased with how it turned out!
I added fondant camo daisies and hearts to the top of each cupcake and placed on a cake drum covered in a light brown fondant and wrapped with a camo ribbon.
