I got to try another recipe from Christina Tosi's All About Cake book for a friend's birthday in the office. This one was chocolate cake layers with a malt cake soak. The layers were filled with coconut-crack filling, pecan crunch and chocolate frosting and the top of the cake was sprinkled with toasted coconut. Another brilliant recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks and favorite authors!
