This was a recipe I've been wanting to try for years! Two birthdays at the office in a 5 day period was as good a reason as any!
The cake layers were pear spice cake and the filling was a butter rum pecan crunch filling.
The butter rum pecan crunch filling was the main reason this recipe was so appealing to me. I mean, how amazing does that sound! The whole office seemed to give it rave reviews so I think the recipe is a keeper!
