This cake was a carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting covered in a
butter pecan flavored fondant. The accents were piped on using white piping gel. I'm not totally happy with the shape of the camera but considering that I made the whole cake start to finish in about 4 - 5 hours, I guess it's pretty good!
... And the carrot cake was more delicious than ever which is the most important part! As for the belated part, let's hope that the cliche "better late than never" is actually true - happy birthday Ken!
