This is a chocolate espresso swirl cheesecake covered in mocha whipped cream. The cheesecake is wrapped in a semisweet chocolate collar done with a transfer sheet. The borders are piped with mocha whipped cream and I used espresso beans as a garnish on the rosettes on the top of the cake. The lettering was done with gumpaste and brushed with petal dust to get the coloring.
