This cake was chocolate-raspberry cake layers and was filled with raspberry mousse. The cake was covered in a bittersweet chocolate ganache with a hint of Framboise in it. The cake was wrapped in a bittersweet chocolate collar done with a patterned chocolate transfer sheet. The borders were piped on with raspberry mousse and the lettering, flower petals and magnolia were made with gumpaste.
