This was my first cake of the New Year but the cake itself is not a new one for me as I've done both the flavor and the design before.
The cake is a chocolate raspberry cake filled with raspberry mousse and covered in dark chocolate ganache and marshmallow fondant.
The design to me looks modern and retro somehow at the same time if that's possible. The circles are all made from fondant and the standing pieces are done with florist wire.
