This cake is from the Momofuku cookbook. I've wanted to make it for years but finding pistachio oil was far from easy!
There are three pistachio cake layers brushed with pistachio oil and topped with homemade lemon curd, milk crumbs and pistachio frosting.
Quite possibly, this is the best cake recipe I've ever made and it's worth the hassle to find the pistachio oil! I made it for a coworker's birthday and the office loved it. I'll definitely be making this one again!
