This cake was the first recipe I've tried from the Icing on the Cake book by Tessa Huff. Every recipe I've tried of hers has been extraordinary and when I saw one with passion fruit in the new book, I knew I was going to have to make it.
It was a vanilla bean cake with a passion fruit caramel sauce and a passionfruit Swiss meringue buttercream. So so good! I'll be making this one again!
