This cake has three layers of peach cream cake filled with peach mousse and iced in a raspberry-rosewater cream. It's a recipe that I've been wanting to try for awhile now!
The design is loosely based on an absolutely gorgeous cake I saw done by Ron Ben-Israel sometime ago, mine is much simpler. The cake is covered with lots of fondant hearts and dots in various shades of pink and topped with a gumpaste 'J' covered with gumpaste leaves, sweet peas, rosebuds and flowers.
I love pink and lime together and the design of this cake is so feminine and pretty!
